Frost & Sullivan has awarded Venyon for its Technology Leadership in Near Field Communication.

Venyon develops and operates a secure and versatile service platform to be used for the Over-The-Air (OTA) provisioning of the consumer applications, such as credit cards and transport tickets, to consumers’ NFC enabled devices.

Venyon’s customers include mobile operators, banks, transport companies, retailers and other service providers, who are offering different applications to consumers. For these customers interested in using NFC technology with their applications, Venyon offers OTA downloading services while customers can still fully manage their branding and consumer facing activities.

In addition, Venyon’s offering includes also other related services, such application life-cycle management and convenient Top-Up services for stored value applications, such as transport and event tickets.
